Shipping Policy

In stock items usually ship out within 24 hours from our NJ warehouse. Shipping is calculated by weight and the number of packages in your shipment.

For your convenience we offer you two levels of shipping service:

* Best Way Delivery The most economical way to ship your order. Generally this will be UPS Ground service, and can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. In Stock Items to the US East Coast should arrive within 3 business days, to Mid-USA within 5 business days and West Coast orders within 7 business days.

* Expedited Delivery Faster but more costly. Packages are generally shipped via UPS next day, two day or three day delivery. Please check your prefered option in check out on the shipping screen. If you have any special time requirements, such as early AM delivery, please check the Special Shipping Needed Box and one of our customer service representativeswe will contact you with a quote. Please feel free to make any notes in the comment field such as the date you need the product in hand.

Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska Place your order on our web site. Our customer service staff will contact you promptly via e-mail with shipping options and prices. For more information, e-mail our shipping department.

International Orders Place your order on our web site. Our customer service staff will contact you promptly via e-mail with shipping options and prices. For more information, e-mail international shipments. Customer is responsible for any duties or customs fees.

APO/FPO Orders Place your order on our web site. Our customer service staff will contact you promptly via e-mail with shipping options and prices. For more information, e-mail our shipping department. We cannot ship large items such as tables or chairs due to restrictions.

Back Orders If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs. We will automatically back order any out of stock item for up to 30 days. We will pay regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders or anything which cannot be shipped via UPS ground). All overweight item charges apply.


RETURN POLICY 100% Customer Service Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return an item for up to 30 days after delivery without any restocking fee! Simply call our customer service staff at 800-228-6457 or fill out the form below. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number; simply write this number on the outside of the box to speed processing of your credit. All shipping charges to and from are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your package and hold on to the receipt in case it gets lost or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method.

Refunds
As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, including the original packaging, your refund will be issued. We will credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. Orders paid by cash (in store), check or money order will be mailed a refund check.

Non-Returnable Items
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, creams, custom-order products, personal care products, dvd's, cd's, books, brochures, forms and software. Returns on washed linens or worn clothing will also be graciously declined.

Defective/Damaged Products
Although we take care to carry only the highest quality products, we realize that sometimes there might be a defective or damaged product which you were unlucky enough to receive. Within the first 30 days of the date you received your order, we will gladly replace or repair the item for you at no additional cost to you. In some instances where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we may connect you directly with the manufacturer. Spa & Bodywork Market will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment.
